There is no fort architecture left. In this building Government Court office running. Not any type of Tourists site left here

Hello there namaste all !!! This is a very old place and it was a fort before 1947 when India was under local empire. And this place is now need to some maintenance. It is a very old building. But if you compare to now days building it doesn't have so many facilities. This place don't have a very good purified water facility not public toilet facilities not so clean . Government need maintenance here because it is under government department and government offices.

Located on the Agra-Bikaner Highway, the Ratangarh Fort was built in the early 18th century by Surat Singh, who named it after his son Ratan Singh, and boasts imposing gateways, several monuments (which are mostly in ruins today) and a clock tower, which is also known as Ghantaghar. The Ratangarh Fort makes for a lovely tourist destination, surrounded by several ethnic villages.

System not work properly lawyer behaviour like a broker. Govt employees behaviour like a king I don't understand duty of SDM & magistrate If they can't handle his place where those office.

There is nothing as fort , it used to be once for sure . Now the garh campus has a SDM office and pwd building . Guys n Girls if you are including this in your itinerary , strike it off.. But yeah the town is good , Just like the district headquarter Churu town . It still has that old world charm left ... lots of old buildings narrow alleyways lots of Havelis & Clock towers in city centers , an amalgamation of different Architectural styles.. People are simple and mind their own business... Don't bother you at all like usual tourist places . The Picture is the Entrance gate.. Now whether or not its unethical for government to use heritage properties as offices is a debatable subject .. What do you say sheeples ?
